Isaiah 12

1. On that day you will say: 1 “I thank you, Adonai, 1 because, although you were angry at me, 1 your anger is now turned away; 1 and you are comforting me.

2. “See! God is my salvation. 2 I am confident and unafraid; 2 for Yah Adonai is my strength and my song, 2 and he has become my salvation!”

3. Then you will joyfully draw water 3 from the springs of salvation.

4. On that day you will say, 4 “Give thanks to Adonai! Call on his name! 4 Make his deeds known among the peoples, 4 declare how exalted is his name.

5. Sing to Adonai, for he has triumphed — 5 this is being made known throughout the earth.

6. Shout and sing for joy, 6 you who live in Tziyon; 6 for the Holy One of Isra’el 6 is with you in his greatness!”
